I ended booking two extra nights after spending a few days. The reason is because of the great staff and great customer service! The hotel itself was clean, nice, and very convenient since it's near Dotonbori, Namba Station, and it's in Shinsaibashi. A perfect location for shopping and great.restaurants!.I highly recommend!

The hotel is at a great location in Shinsaibashi, literally right next to Namba (1 minute walk to Dotonbori) The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The area has a large selection of restaurants and stores to shop at. I highly recommend!

Rooms was clean when I came, location of the hotel excellent. Not too far from the subway station. Only issue I had was operating the air conditioner. Otherwise, excellent hotel.

Hotel Trend NishiShinsaibashi was in the heart of Osaka, close to tourist areas like Dotonbori but also exists in its own space with a lot to offer. There are many good food spots seconds away, convenience stores, unique clothing stores and more. The room itself was simple and clean, with the necessary amenities and friendly staff. I enjoyed my time here and would stay again.

Nice staff. Safe, needed room key to use elevator. Walking distance to just about everything. Very close to Namba station and all other trains or subways. Rooms are small but good enough to for sleeping sbd clean.

Perfect location for getting many places by foot or quickly reach various transport points. Very nice and helpful staff, cozy room and ideal for a solo traveller. And everything is close by if you need a store or laundry. Yet it is just enough away from the very crowded and loud areas. I'd pick it ahain if I were to visit Osaka
