This hotel was amazing. The room and bathroom were decently sized. It was clean and fresh. Staff were very accomodating. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and shopping centre. Highly recommend this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the amazing staff!

The hotel is several minutes away from the JR station—not the closest, but still a good location. The rooms are bigger than most Japanese hotels, which are famous for small rooms.

Love this hotel, it was the perfect stay for our Osaka trip! The room is decently sized along with the bathroom and the location is perfect - walking distance from Umeda Station and shopping center, and 30 mins train from Universal Studios. Only a couple stops away from Shin-Osaka for the bullet train/shinkansen. They give you pyjamas to use, and amenities to choose from and keep downstairs. We wanted to organise shipping our luggage from Osaka to Tokyo and the staff were so helpful and kind with organising this for us. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is located right in a beautiful park and super close to Tokyo tower. Our view from our hotel room was pretty great. There are many stores inside of this hotel including a Lawson convenient store which was really ideal. It wasn’t too far from the trains but expect a little bit of a walk. The area around the hotel was really nice.
