This appartment was great with a quick walk to the main tourist destination but also a quick walk to the subway. Was able to get everywhere quick. Loved the fact that the wifi was quick and was able to make a call home.

We booked a room for 4 people. They only gave us one blanket and said they would charge me extra for more. Also there was heavy construction outside our window. It was so bad we actually checked out a day early and found another hotel. The only positive is the location is good.

Convenience. Close to multiple convenient stores like Lawson and 7-eleven, Dontobori is walkable from the property plus locations is in a clean and quiet area.

Location is great. But the room itself is very minimalist, with barely any dish, ustensiles, glasses, kitchen necessities. Toilet paper was barely enough and had mold on it. No hooks or hangers in the room. Couldnt hang clothes outside neither as it was dusty from construction next door that started very early every morning. No flexibility on late check out, you’d figured that asking for a 30-60m check out when you’ve stayed 5-6 days wouldnt be that big of a deal…. Guess not… the bed were TERRIBLE, hard as a rock, couldnt have a good night’s sleep our whole stay.

Its clean but old. 2 beds - one still ok can sleep the other one is hard. Only provide 4 pillows. They provide washer but only 6 hangers so basically you cannot do your washing as there is no place to hang your clothes. There is 2 coin operated dryer on the first level but its out of order and the place where the dryer is, is very dark. The bathroom - no hook to hang your clothes or towel! The wardrobe is very old, you wouldnt want to hang your clothes in the wardrobe. The only 2 plus points are location near the subway, 2mins away and its a apartment so bigger space to place your luggages with space to walk compared to the hotel rooms in Japan which are very small. Will not stay there again. Oh yes there is a convenient store 2 mins away.

The apartment hotel was a huge disappointment. The room smelled of cigarettes, the sofa was dirty and much used, and the photos on Hotels.com were completely misleading. We left immediately and booked another hotel.

Convenient to Metro

This was very convenient to the Metro station and convenience stores. One of the beds was not comfortable, more like a box spring than mattress. Cute little kitchen and awesome shower pressure. They got back to us right away when we needed to extend due to having a late flight. We would definitely stay there again for the cost and convenience. Thanks

Property needs maintenance. Beds are too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Only 1 pillow per person and one blankets for 2 people. There is a washer, but no dryer, so yoi need to hand clothes on balcony, which is very dirty and dusty. Noisy from construction next door and traffic. Positive, close to Metro line, convince stores, some restaurants and building has a lift.

Too many house rules, which makes the stay uneasy and unwelcoming. The apartment was spacious but accommodation was dated with lumpy bed and stuffy room. We were afraid of turning on the ac or use other provided device and appliances because of the threat of extra charge for over utility usage or breakage from the house rule. There’s no room or any type of service where you will have to use the same towels throughout the entirety of your stay, which I don’t recall was noted in the hotel description or information. Will not stay here again.

駅が近いですが女性だけだとちょっと心配です。 マンション前は外国の方が座って楽しくお話してます。 ちょっとごめんなさいねと通りました。 何回か出入りしましたが毎回違う外国の方だったので溜まり場になってるのかな？ オートロックですが全体的に薄暗く年季の入ったマンションです。 民泊専門？なので外国人の方とすれ違ったりエレベーターで一緒になったり緊張感がありました。 部屋の中はまぁ困ったことはありません。 普通のマンションの一室といった感じです。 ホテルのほうな清潔感はありませんが汚くもありませんでした。
