Perfect transit hotel. Easy access to Osaka Kansai airport. Good dining options with panoramic views from the restaurant.

Stayed here for a night before flying back to home and walk around the nearby outlet. Location is excellent. The hotel also has hot bath provided, so we took advantage of that as well. The facilities and amenities are all in great condition. But there is one thing that would stop me from coming back here which/ is the central air conditioning. I lowered the room temperature from 82 F to 75F. An hour later, it bounced back to 85F which woke me up in the middle broken in sweat.

Small rooms. You need to bring your own pyjama if you dont want to rent from the hotel. As in the OMO concept you pick what you want from the lobby. Breakfast was good with both Japanese and western food but they remain the same for the 3days

The property was good. In our room to stayed it wasn't clean and air conditioner it was very hot and can't change anything on it. The staff recommend us to just open the window and we did but, after opened the window, all we got a bug coming inside the room and make us couldn't sleep. Only 1 thing we will like it was transportation to the airport! But overall, it was bad, and we're not recommend this hotel!!! PS. The hotel not convenient for any restaurant nearby to eat.

We were very very surprise that the hotel did not provide any kind of tea or coffee as it was a sure thing in all other hotels in Kyoto and Kobe that we've stayed in this trip.

Nice hotel with kitchenette & washer & a public Onsen. Room size was good for 2 paxs. Staff was not too helpful during my check in. However, they did solved my later issue on the heating of the room. Requested for bedroom made up but was not done, likely the foreign staff don't understand my asking. Breakfast was good @ Level 21 with a full view of the bay. The train station & premium outlet were just some distance away & parking facilities was available. Love to be back in the near future.

Property was great, front desk staff were really sticking to 3pm check in time. But more than willing to hang on to luggage while you kill time in the neighborhood. But it was soooooo windy there yesterday, venturing out was a questionable option. Thanks

Conveniently located near Rinko Premium Outlet and also some duty free supermarkets. The rooms are big and comfy. However, the buffet dining options are limited. I felt the breakfast was more worthwhile compared to dinner.

Great proximity to the airport, the shuttle service (which you have to book in advance!) was extremely helpful the day of our flight, the public bath was very relaxing, and there's a Lawson downstairs which is extremely convenient!

Very nice hotel
Close to the airport and had free shuttle service but very limited. Had to take the 8 am for a noon flight but the train is right at the hotel so there’s options. A big outlet mall within walking distance and we had a great view of the Ferris wheel from our room which lit up at night. Buffet dinner was good at the hotel restaurant.

Perfect location— very convenient to Kansai airport with a free shuttle (reserve in advance) and very pleasant area to walk around (nearby park with lovely view, plus shopping and dining options). The room was small, but I knew it would be so no complaints. I had never been to a Japanese bath before and am so glad there was one at the hotel. It was so relaxing and lovely! I would love to stay here again!😊
