Being literal steps from universal was absolutely perfect. The hotel is clean the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Location was cheeeeerrrrry!! Right on City Walk. In and out privileges also into USJ by showing my room key (not sure if we were able to do this without staying at a USJ affiliated hotel).

Our stay was excellent-the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was polite and attentive, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options! A great place to stay if you are visiting Universal Studios.

The property is top notch!! Not only is it conveniently located in front of the park, but the rooms are huge, their staff are always courteous, kind and welcoming, & there’s drinking water and laundry on the floor. There are many eating options steps away, as well as convenience stores, coffee houses and Shake Shack right outside. Cost was very affordable!!

Three of us (mom + 2 teenagers) stayed here in November. Great service, fantastic location. Room was clean but outdated (lots of dings on walls and furniture, very few outlets for charging devices) and a bit smelly.

Spotless and massive room space. Everything was literally outside the hotel that we would need. Food , clothing and convenience stores. Universal was a two minute walk.

Location location location! Fantastic place to stay close to universal, but convenient to Osaka center. Even the ferry to get to the aquarium was right there. Rooms are a little dated but the rest of the hotel was nice and updated.

Great location for those visiting Universal and steps to the station. Hotel entrance and lobby is very impressive and service was wonderful. Rooms are good but need a refresh
