Osceola County Welcome Center and History Museum Tours

I have stayed at this hostel three times in the past two months, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, the service I received during this stay was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hostel for a woman traveling alone with a 2-year-old child, especially if you arrive at night. The airport shuttle experience was extremely stressful. Despite calling the hotel multiple times for pickup, no one answered the phone. We ended up waiting almost an hour for the shuttle, even though the hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport. When we finally arrived, the front desk employee, Juan, was rude and unprofessional during check-in. After such a long and stressful wait with a young child, I checked in around 1:00 a.m., and the lack of customer service made the experience even worse. I expected much better treatment as a returning guest. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider staying here again.

Likes: Beautiful property with sprawling pools & great Orlando location. Loved that the property was very walkable to amenities from every building. No need to move the car around on property like some other large resorts. Rooms were spacious & an outstanding value for the price we paid. Dislikes: Only one elevator was working in the whole building & it sounded as if it were on its last leg. The 'out of order' sign on the other looked pretty dust covered. The slides seemed to close really early & at random times. Wifi seemed to drop a lot, but did improve a bit as the week went along.
