“Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!”

“洞爺湖に近くて良い。 洞爺湖万世閣ホテルの日帰り入浴も安価で利用できる（朝と夜で男女入れ替わり::展望の良くサウナもある） HIDEの隣にある爺さん婆さんが営む「味の一平」は串もおでんも絶品です。（営業時間が短いので注意：20:00頃には閉店？） オーナーさんに会うことはなかったが、SMSで連絡頂けたりとても親切でした。”

“My family visited Milky House Inn in Niseko during the week of Christmas. The place is walking distance (5 mins) to Ski slope. The house staff are very friendly and go out of their ways to accomodate customer needs; my mother needed a phone charger so one staff drove one of us to a near by 7-eleven late at night.
