“This was a great place for the 1 night we needed. Very clean and the service from Matt & his family was outstanding. Very neat, old home that looks like it’s having some updates. Breakfast was wonderful and homemade by Matt himself. Lovely stay!”

“This B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Cooperstown. Not only was the historical building gorgeous and beautifully (painstakingly!) restored, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was DELICIOUS (thanks, Chef!), the in room amenities were top quality, and the room itself was cozy and quiet. It’s walkable to the Baseball HOF and other Main Street attractions. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend! ”
