I really enjoyed the food — it offered a good variety, including options for vegan and celiac diets. The staff was very nice, and I’d like to give special mention to the animators and especially the gentleman making pizza on the beach. He was extremely kind and went out of his way to accommodate my sister‑in‑law’s celiac needs. On the downside, I didn’t like the room. It had a strong damp smell, and there was no conditioner available. The quality of the soap and shampoo was very poor and almost impossible to use. The coffee at breakfast was also disappointing — it came from a machine and was horrible. Being in Italy, I was expecting a real espresso.

The experience was great, Bravo staff was exceptional and also the food was really good, but would be great to have an agenda of all the Bravo activities clearly exposed somewhere in the resort (maybe close to the pool bar). Property requires more maintenance and rooms cleanliness should be really improved

Bene ma non benissimo

Struttura datata, camera un po piccola almeno quella proposta si base, struttura enorme, dispersiva ma ben tenuta con molte attività proposte dal Bravo Club. Punta di diamante lo staff dell'animazione molto attivo, simpatico e preparato, eccellente il servizio mini club. Ristorante di livello con ampia scelta, varia e di qualità. La formula all inclusive da noi scelta, sotto le aspettative specialmente per il bar in spiaggia dove si proponeva solo pizza e spesso fredda e bruciata, bibite solo alla spina e acqua a volontà. Mi aspettavo che in spiaggia ci fossero cose come in altri Bravo club che ho frequentato, come a Creta, dove si potevano mangiare in spiaggia primi secondi panini frutta torte dolci in genere. In pratica usciti dal ristorante nessuna proposta culinaria fino al successivo pasto.

Il tratto di spiaggia su cui si trova è forse il meno bello nella zona di Alimini, spostandosi verso sud si trovano spiagge più piacevoli. La cucina è davvero ottima per un all inclusive in quanto a scelta e qualità, peccato che l'esperienza al ristorante rovini non poco il momento dei pasti, con personale (non tutti, per fortuna) evidentemente stressato e lunghe ricerche di un tavolo a cui sedersi, per lo più sporco. Lettini in spiaggia e in piscina occupati da asciugamani senza che nessuno possa fare nulla. Amenities in stanza a dir poco risicate. Ma bottigliette d'acqua rinnovate quotidianamente. Staff dell'animazione davvero bravo, spettacoli brevi ma molto piacevoli. Al miniclub troppi bambini rispetto al numero degli animatori. Non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta alle mie mail/messaggi. Infine prenotando su Expedia ho pagato il triplo degli ospiti che hanno usato l'agenzia e che in più hanno ricevuto cocktail di benvenuto e camere in una posizione migliore della mia.

Hervorragendes Essen und freundliches Personal. Die Poollandschaft und der Strand waren schön gestaltet. Es gab immer freie Liegen. Sehr kinderfreundliche Anlage. Die Snacks bei AI fielen meiner Meinung nach dürftig aus. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß aber schon in die Jahre gekommen (teilweise waren Fußleisten und Türrahmen beschädigt) und nicht 100% sauber. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, um die herumliegenden Orte zu erkunden, braucht man einen Mietwagen.

Siamo tornati dopo 7 anni in questa struttura e abbiamo visto che in 7 anni non è stato fatto nessun rinnovamento , ne alle camere ne alle aree comuni . Non è possibile avere delle camere così vecchie , aria condizionata degli anni 90, bagni pieni di incrostazioni nella doccia , neanche una rinfrescata alle pareti e agli infissi. Basterebbe così poco , con il costo che si sostiene ad andare lì una settimana … anche la spiaggia, che ovviamente non dipende da loro, ma completamente erosa dal vento, il ristorante sulla spiaggia non c è più , solo una pizza alle 11 da mangiare in piedi perché non ci sono abbastanza tavoli .le piscine anche quelle degli anni 90, unica magra consolazione , l animazione che c è la mette tutta a rendere piacevole le serate. Non torneremo sicuramente .

La struttura è decisamente datata e presenta alcune criticità. Il servizio a buffet è a doppia faccia: se la qualità del cibo è eccellente, si perde davvero troppo tempo nel turnover e spesso si vaga con piatti pieni in mano cercando uno spigolo dove sedersi. Servizio biberoneria eccellente e stra consigliato (un abbraccio speciale alla giovane Valentina). Qualità dell'animazione buona: professionale e poco invadente. Ottimo anche il mini club. Mantenere alto il livello di pulizia del luogo, che si snoda in un ambiente lacustre, non è cosa semplice, quindi, per dovere di cronaca e non per accusare la struttura, bisogna dire che abbiamo visto vagare animali come biscie e topolini all'interno della struttura. Le tre stelle assegnate alla struttura mi sembrano rispecchiare il parere generale.

Wer deutsche Perfektion sucht, ist fehl am Platz, wer aber italienische Lebensfreude sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Gut fuer Familien mit verschiedenen Altersgruppen. Mein Sohn mit 14 hat sich gut amuesiert in den Jugendaktivitaeten, aber auch fuer die kleineren Kinder gibt es viele Aktivitaeten und die Kinder sehen auch gluecklich aus. Insgesamt ein sehr schoener Aufenthalt.

Molto Empatici e Gentilissimi in particolare anche uno tra i ragazzi del bar (quello senza barba) ed il pizzaiolo Nel complesso tutto il personale è stato cordiale - MA CIO' CHE ASSOLUTAMENTE NON HO GRADITO è stato il comportamento SCARSAMENTE PROFESSIONALE dell' addetto all' ufficio escursioni che SENZA NESSUNA LOGICA mi ha letteralmente rincorso senza che io nemmeno sapessi chi fosse - inopportunamente mentre entravo nel ristorante per chiedermi di dove fossi ed aggiungendo considerazioni personali sul mio accento! A seguire sghignazzando con una sua collega Signora facente parte dello staff ristorante. Ritengo che lo STAFF DEBBA LIMITARSI AD ATTEGGIAMENTI DI STAFF STIPENDIATO E NON PRENDERSI CONFIDENZE GRATUITE E STERILI. Per il resto tutto ok. Sono stata benissimo. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Ottimo il ristorante, gradevoli gli spettacoli serali, da lavorare sul coinvolgimento dell'animazione. Per i bambini mi aspettavo qualcosa di più però nel complesso siamo stati bene. Ottimo l'approccio ecosostenibile ed il sistema di sanificazione in spiaggia ed in piscina

Due settimane tranquille epiacevoli: ritorneremo!

Struttura un po' datata, personale molto gentile sia alla reception che nei vari bar e ristoranti (buono il cibo!). La zona spiaggia è rimasta danneggiata da una grossa mareggiata, ma c'era la possibilità di essere portati in un bagno attrezzato ben tenuto nelle vicinanze (transfer 5 minuti). Noi in realtà siamo rimasti prevalentemente all'interno del resort utilizzando la spiaggia "relax" piuttosto piccolina ma con una sola fila di ombrelloni e buon distanziamento. Piacevoli gli spettacoli serali, cortese l'animazione durante il giorno. Molto belli ovviamente i dintorni (Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, ecc.). Organizzazione che ha dimostrato un apprezzabile grado di serietà concedendo alcuni benefit ed uno sgravio di costi per non essere riusciti a far sistemare in tempo la spiaggia. Ritorneremo!

Vacation destination

This is all inclusive hotel where they feed you well, entertain you and take care of you all the time. We enjoyed our stay even if it was for one night to the fullest - going to the beach, swimming in wonderful swimming pool and goofing around with the entertainers. That is the place to definitely spend more time on vacation.

Voi Alimini Resort

Che dire: ho scelto questo Resort e non me ne sono affatto pentito. Puntissimi a favore: parcheggio interno e spiaggia privata, con possibilità di scelta se prendere quella "animata" o quella relax. Per il resto, ambienti puliti e curati, camera impeccabile, cena e colazione (avevo scelto la 1/2 pensione) ottima e variegata, con un paio di serate tematiche extra e in più, facevano la PIZZA!!! Tutto il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e molto professionale (soprattutto in questo periodo di pandemia). E, secondo me, questo resort lo vedo molto adatto ha chi ha una famiglia con bambini piccoli. Inoltre la vicinanza con altri paesi del Salento lo rendono comodo per chi vuole dedicarsi al turismo culturale. Morale della favola: CONSIGLIATISSIMO!
