"Very clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent location with parking on site. Great for west end shopping or concerts. Breakfast included. Was all very perfect. Staff was lovely. "

"This hotel is perfectly priced for its location right over the bridge from Ottawa. It’s located in Quebec, but 5 minutes or less over the bridge brings you into Ottawa. The room I had was 1404 Penthouse. Perfection!! Pool and hot tub were under construction, but the gym was great. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The building is quite nice. Ballroom and bar area are hidden, but beautiful gems ! There’s a little tick shop that I didn’t discover until 3 days into my 6 day stay, but glad I found it. I’d go there again and again! No access card is needed for elevators and hotel matched the price on Expedia. Having room service would be really great, but everywhere I ordered brought food right up to my room. I would have liked more housekeeping services. They come once every three days. With only two towels, I was constantly asking for things like towels, kleenex, etc. there is no soap, body wash, conditioner in the bath tub either. Small travel size toiletries are in room, but again, I was constantly asking for these things. "

"I had a fantastic stay at the Ottawa Marriott. The pool was great, fast elevators, friendly staff. The only issue I had during my stay was that the walls were pretty thin and I could hear very clearly some children yelling in the room beside us one night. It didn't bother me too much since, you can't help it that kids will be kids. I will say this place is very clean and it's nice they have hydration stations on certain levels to fill up your water bottles. This is especially great when on our trip we're out all day, so there's not a lot of opportunities to fill our bottles. It's also nice not having to fit my water bottle in the bathroom sink for water. 4.3/5 stars in my opinion!"

"The hotel location was good! However I was with my two teenagers and they had to see all the people around the hotel drunk, smoking and throw all the garbages and ashes right beside the hotel. I hope somehow the hotel and the bar collaborate to clean around the hotel everyday. "
