This Hotel is the spot , nice people Clean & Comfortable Rooms . It has everything you need for stays . If you are looking for a 5 star resort with all the bells and whistles this isn't it but You won't find a better hotel for this price . Its super close to Canadian Tire Center 10min walk . I will stay here everytime I am here . Thanks for a great Experience

Kids were running around in the hallway and making noise all night long last night, When we went to the included breakfast this morning, we heard several other guests complaining that they also weren't able to sleep because of the same reason. We have a todler that we didnt want to wake up and were just trying to get a good night sleep. Also wish the gym had a fan. Other than that, we liked that it was very clean.

Exceptional staff; . Clean and modern. Good food. Good location. Only complaint would be the walls are pretty thin. First night here there was a group partying next to me, kept me up. But not really the hotels fault. Price was good during the week but doubled by Friday Saturday for the same room I was in, which is not great.

I booked this hotel months and months before I stayed there for a family event - forgetting there would be Ottawa Senator playoff hockey. Regardless, it was nice to shuttle over to the pregame festivities even if I didn’t have tickets. Room was great, staff very friendly. And daily evening happy hour was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. Easy access off the 417 and plenty of shopping in the area. Within walking distance to the Canadian Tire Centre and the outlet stores. The breakfast was great with a variety of items. Overall, a great stay. We will be back.

Really nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights April 14 and 15. Nice and close to the Canadian Tire Centre which is why I picked it. I checked in online so when I got there everything was nice and easy. They have an optional add on of a bottle of champagne. I thought that would be a nice treat so I purchased it for $42.50. That should have clued me in. It’s not champagne, it’s Prosecco, an Italian sparkling wine. Description should be changed in the offer to reflect the truth. The room was large and very clean, bed was comfortable but I found the pillows a little too soft for my taste. I had a Queen suite and it came with a microwave and full size fridge. Plenty of pots, pans cutlery provided. The only major complaint I have is there’s no light in that corner so at night even with all the room lights on that corner is almost impossible to see to use that area. Bathroom was clean and well laid out. I was there for a hockey game at the CTC and the hotel provides a shuttle for $5 each way. That was really appreciated. The counter staff at check-in were always cheerful and friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. From the Via train station to the hotel was an average of $64 not including tip.
