The staff were awesome. Room nice. Only issue no tv, no phone, no wifi, no coffee for coffee machine. Staff was on it, but unable to do much. We did get a slight discount which was great of them

Not a terrible place to stay for a night. But no one around at motel check in desk so almost stayed at a different hotel. There should be something on your reservation saying you need to check in at the gas station.

Nice motel room. Only got a bit stressed when the didnt have our booking on file from expedia. Thankfully they still had room for us. I wouldn't rely on the free breakfast either but tims is just down the road.

The hotel itself can be VERY misleading. It seems like a hole-in-the-wall since it is attached to a dining establishment. We were however VERY impressed with the rooms cleanliness, modern-day look as well as the staff. Ask for Natalie....she is excellent.

Toilet in our room wouldnt flush, TV in other room wouldnt work. Rooms doubled booked and some of my party had to move rooms on short notice. I would recommend this place to no one.

Very clean comfortable rooms. The satellite TV was not working.There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised on their website.When we complained about the TV and lack of coffee maker we were told that we only stayed one night so they said it was no big deal.We would not stay here again and will tell our friend's and family to avoid this place.

We booked 2 weeks in advance, we arrived at 3pm for check in. They had no rooms ready for us. They told us it would be 3-4 hours before it would be ready, The first employee was rude and could care less if we got a room. They then told us that they had no linens for the rooms as well. And would have to wait until 8pm

Terrible reception clerk

Reception was horrendous. She was rude and made zero attempts to help us. They gave us an occupied room. She would not give me her name. She claims to have called the manager for assistance and then told us to go see the gas station attendant. Gas station attendant was of no use. Issue was not resolved so we had to go to another hotel.

very limited eating and beverages also very disatisfied with billing for stay. did checkout with clerk at early time and cancelled second days early, however she apparently had no contol over billing...tried several time to connect with website but due to iunknown reasons could not connec until evening and was only able to get 1/2 of the billing charged refunded....terrible service... I rent 3 rooms in last weekend. It is terible experience. Water smell is so bad. No body can take shower. I cant wash milk bottle for my baby. I have to use water bottle to wash it. And they didnt supply any water. In mid night. I dont have any more water. And I need to go out to buy some. But they lock the door from outside. I cant open from inside. Tried to call manager many times but noone respond. I feel like I am in jail. It is worst service ever

Other than the pleasant lady who checked us in, this was a “never again “ experience. When we got to the room, we found the AC was not functioning properly and they had put 2 fans in the room. We should have been told this before we were given the room. When we went back to mention it, the poor lady at the desk was dealing with check in issues with 2 other guests and was in tears from it, so we decided to “grin and bear it”, because we didn’t want to upset her further. Later that evening, we could hear arguing between one of those guests and the front desk lady, loud enough we could hear in our room. After a hot and uncomfortable sleep, we decided to have a shower and the water smelled like swamp water. Other than the pleasantness of the front desk lady, I would certainly not recommend a stay here.

Only complaint is that the bathroom needs somewhere to hang stuff and somewhere to put your toiletries. The one little shelf had towels/paper on it and the toilet tank had facecloths on it (yuck).
