โWir hatten einen holprigen Start. Wir waren mรผde vom Laufen und als wir unser Zimmer bezogen, sahen wir, dass dies vergessen wurde zu putzen. Der Chef persรถnlich hat dies dann nachgeholt und es war schlussendlich alles sauber und in Ordnung.
Das Essen im Restaurant Abends und das Frรผhstรผcksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig. โ

โThe bed was soft, one size. Personel was only one men, very kind. There is only breakfast, no dinner..For one or two nights is oke. You can walk in the park or in Notterburn self.โ
โFabulous house in a lovely location, it was perfect for long walks . The house is very roomy with fab decor. Close to a lovely restaurant we we popped in gor drinks and food a few times over the weekend. Will definitely return in the sumner months.โ
โI arrived just after 8pm and was personally and kindly welcomed to The Old School House. After a long dayโs walk, I was offered a drink, which was much appreciated. My bags were taken to my room, and I was given a tour of the property.Breakfast was homely and delicious, and I enjoyed meeting some lovely fellow guests. The place was immaculate, and the hosts were absolutely charming.I would definitely stay again and it was just what I needed after a 30-mile walk! โ
โThe place is an ancient inn in a wonderful spot of the countryside. Perfect for trips along Hadrian's wall or nice walks in the fields. No restaurants in the area except the inn's one, where it's possibile to eat until 8.30 pm. Excellent beer until late.
The toilet area is really tiny, but the rooms are lovely.โ
โThis was such a cute little apartment. It is attached to the Milecastle Pub, which has very delicious food. A portion of Hadrianโs Wall is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend.โ
โThe first room we checked into was next to an internal door which kept being slammed by noisy guests.
We were moved to another room by a lovely and helpful member of staff without any hesitation. The second room was an upgrade from the first one and was in a much quieter part of the hotel so we are very appreciative of that.
The staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating.the location is perfect next to the river and the outdoor space was great (was a lively still and sunny day).

โFairly central to surrounding shops & bars. Free parking. Very friendly & helpful. A large, spacious room with plenty of draws & hanging space. The Hotel as a whole was very clean. โ
