You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...
