I’m writing this as an American tourist that has been to all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Costa Rica a few times (to help you American readers compare). This resort is 5 stars. What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! My 1st stay at Hennan was remarkable that is why I chose to stay again. My expectations were so high however the experience was quite different. Probably it was so crowded in the pool and by the beach area, including the lobby. Unlike before, there was a staff who greeted u as soon as u enter with a welcome drink and a sort of a lei given to u. Noticed the upholsteries in the lobby are dirty. The atmosphere is not as relaxing as before. But, the staff remain courteous and friendly.

The service and rooms of the hotel are very nice and clean. The buffet is amazing as well as the roof top pool and bar. This hotel has a lot of nice amenities and the view was outstanding from the room we had. The only thing I could say I didn’t like is when I go outside and walk to the mall across the street, as soon as you turn the corner the smell is awful. I also tried the steakhouse and the food was amazing!! Cooked the way I ordered!! I would definitely stay again.
