โAccommodations were very nice. Hotel does need a face-lift, but I learned from chatting with the staff that they plan on doing that. I didnโt realize until I was leaving that the room next to me had a family with 2 pets. I would hope that they would designate certain rooms for people with pets and are in a separate area from other guests. โ
โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...
โIn General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive.
Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. โ
