"Clean n friendly "

"Rooms weren’t soundproof so could hear person next door coughing ect and the above people walking/banging around until about 11pm. Then the cleaner banged on the door at 8pm to see if I was leaving. Bed was comfy "

"Staff were wonderful, nice and very helpful. Hotel is very clean, however the building wasn’t insulated very well because you could hear everything from your neighbor. Breakfast was awesome, and all the other amenities"

"First off when we got there the lady at the reception desk was very unprofessional, she was in sweatpants and an old Tshirt and seemed annoyed that she had to serve us. The facility was just ok. We got to our room, there was no towels, the fan and heating didn’t work, the TV remote didn’t work. The outside noise from trains and from the foundry was very loud all night. I think I would safely say I’ll never stay there again. "

"The room was a bit run down an oddly laid out but sufficient. One front end staff named Darla was such a sweetheart, and did her best to get us the best room she could so big shoutout to her! Breakfast "

"When we arrrived it was a chilly -21°F and was very pleased that there was underground parking. When we went to our room and opened the door it was a brisk 50°F! I think they knew what room they were going to give us as we booked it earlier in the day and arrived about 9pm. The room could have been prewarmed a little bit. We turned the heat up to 70°F and had to sleep fully clothed as there was no extra blankets. By 5am the room was still only at 68°F and never reached 70°. We checked out at 5:30am and decided the heated seats in our car and a gas station coffee would be better than waiting for the free breakfsat at 6am."
