The hallways were grimy, the shade on the window was tied closed so couldn’t see outside if you wanted to, although there was tea/coffee set up-only decaf was available and the milk pods were curdled. “Room wasn't what I was expecting- I thought I had booked a larger, more updated room. It was okay but not what I pictured. It was clean and big enough for us but needs to be upgraded. Staff had limited hours and I was leaving very early- I tried calling and texting a number they listed but no response- luckily my daughter could hand in the key. Front desk only greeted when we arrived. Would've been nice if he was friendlier. Shower was always hot (tried to get them to fix it but he couldn't do...
