"Nice large lobby, nice helpful staff, clean good size room, good location near a lot of food choices and stores, the breakfast option was not the best quality but the attendant was very helpful and nice"

"Well, the exterior buried dilapidated homeless people in prostitutes in the parking lot at all angles and corners get inside of the motel and it’s looks like something off of a horror movie scratches all over the walls, the counters, the desk and I go to check-in and the man won’t allow my service animal my EAS dog in the room so he tells me he cancels my reservation so I’ve yet to receive my refund which I’m waiting for and I better receive my refund. Someone needs to call the ADA on this place not to mention the health department. Absolute nightmare, specially arriving at 2:30 in the morning and having to find somewhere else to stay because they wouldn’t allow a service animal to go into their freshly renovated room, which I doubt by the exterior and the office area in the lobby, I can’t imagine how bad the rooms looked."

"I will never stay at this hotel again 5 minutes upon check in we get stuck in the elevator nobody knew what yo do they called the fire department we finally get out the lady at the front desk said she would put what happened on our profile Anna we would be compensated for it she never told anyone i reported what happened the next Day to the manager and left several messages for the GM Stephanie to call me back Anna still took this day I have not received a call and on top of that the room was dirty tabacoo residue in the drawer and tissue under the table and the chair had food all on it very poor housekeeping I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here"

"Our first night we had to strip the sheets because of a spill. The cleaning lady was outside when we put the sheets out and we asked for new ones. This was at 4-5pm. They told us they would. By midnight they did not bring us any. We went down to the front desk and requested sheets. Not once did they supply us with any and we had to sleep on the bare mattress. This was the only hotel experience we’ve ever had thay was bad"
