옥스포드역, 버스정류장에서 가깝고(도보가능) 위치가 시내중심가여서 아주 편리합니다. 엘베가 없어서 무거운 짐 있는 경우 계단으로 오르기가 어렵지만, 현대식 호텔이 아니면 대부분 그러하므로 크게 신경쓰지 않았습니다. 근처에 조식 카페들이 있고, 쇼핑센터도 가까우며 조용하고 청결합니다.

호텔 복도도 좁고 엘리베이터도 없어서 불편한 점이 있었지만, 욕실도 깨끗하게 리모델링되어 있고 침대도 편안했습니다.

unfrendly waitress of restaurant
Nice location near coach station and city center, I have to write one thing about the waitress of restaurant, one morning I came down to the restaurant for breakfast, the waitress asked me whether I requested room service and I said no. but she asked same question three times more and finally show me room service request sheet which was requested another guest. There was no seat guide and hot dish service, I finished short breakfast with unpleasant feeling and there was no apology from the waitress.

The room and bed were smaller than expected but for a single occupant for a work trip it had everything I needed and was in a very convenient location with lots of walkable amenities nearby

Staff were great and the room was large and well appointed, but it was very noisy as our room faced the student union and there was a big party on the front lawn. Also, very early (before 7 am) work noises out front.

Great location, close to everything. The staff were very friendly. Room and building are old, but that's expected. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is in a great location on a quiet street. Very convenient for Pitt Rivers and Ashmolean museum. Reception are somewhat battered. Room rather dark as small window in old building. Needed lamps on all the time. Lighting for mirrors terrible. To eat in the Breakfast bar we needed to exit the building, walk down the street and enter again via reception area. We didn't bother, insteadvopting for the hamper delivered to the room.

Fantastic hotel ! Great amenities - the 11th floor pool and sauna is a real luxury - and the 1st floor bar amazing (reserve a table to be sure of a prime view). Very good food, a great room (nice coffee machine) and the Valetta ferry is right outside the front door. A wonderful hotel, lovely staff, great location. Highly recommended.

Very convenient for Oxford city centre. Even though it was close to the busy centre, it was in a quiet side street. Very pleasant staff who were very helpful. Unfortunately, the bed was too hard for us.

The room decor was tired and not at all like the photos used on the website. The room also obviously backed onto a bar as you could easily hear music through the walls. Little things like the duvet cover being about twice the size of the duvet, the hairdryer had no power, all add up and so we were overall quite disappointed. Plus points however were that the shower was really good and powerful, and the location was excellent to explore the city.
