“Very clean room! Staff was super friendly and Ana was very efficient checking me in !”

“We needed to switch rooms upon arrival as the door would not lock properly and parts of the room had not been dusted and cleaned in a long time. The room we moved to was also had “dusting” issues as well as issues with the air conditioning. Our room stayed at about 75 the entire time. The 2nd shift front desk lady named Bridget was outstanding! She came to our room and got maintenance on the phone around 10 pm to address the air conditioning issue. “We booked forest springs resort for a long weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is tucked right into the pines, you feel like you’re away from everything but can still get to downtown for dinner in mins. We spent most afternoon out on the deck with drinks, hitting the sauna in the evening and hanging out by the fireplace at night. If you’re looking for somewhere to actual relax and unplug this is it!”

“Had window air conditioner which was very loud. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But when i opened the door to the mini fridge to put a bottle of soda in it, it stunk. Smelled like sour milk. It made the whole room stink. It is by a busy highway, so early in the morning you can hear a lot of traffic noises. (If the ac isn't on ti drown it out). The guy who checked us in was very friendly. We were only there one night. We did mot vheck out breakfast options.”

“While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! ”
