“The overall stay was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, GREAT breakfast options. This next part is NOT the hotels fault rather than hotels.com needs to update details. Check in is up to 10pm! So when we arrived we had a small trouble. Called the hotel phone number. The owner, she stays at the property. Very sweet and understanding! Got us our keys and wished us a good night. Booked my next stay already! ”

“The staff at check- in was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Then, we had to unexpectedly check out at 2:00 in the morning, and, again the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were well supplied with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee. Unfortunately, the hair dryer did not work, not did the vent fan on the bathroom. The bedspreads seemed like they haven't been cleaned in a while, but the sheets seemed clean and fresh, and there were some questionable stains on the...

“The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was very clean. New sheets, bathroom very clean, bed was firm and comfortable. The only bad thing is there is no do not disturb sign. The cleaning staff does not know if guest wishes to sleep in or not. They knock and wake the guest. ”

“We have stayed at Branson's Best every time we go down to Branson since our first time being there. The people are so friendly the rooms are clean it's a quiet area and it's the only place that will stay when we go there.”

“The property looked the same as it did 25 years ago when I stayed there. Seems the only updates have been paint in the rooms and new bedding. I would stay there again, as it’s convenient to the interstate but the whole place could def use a facelift ”

“Hotel is undergoing renovations, so the room is in good shape and has new tech/lights/decor but surprisingly a little musty. Coffee maker didn't match the coffee pods provided. This hotel is right on the highway so convenient, but not scenic. ”

“This is a property that is being updated. There was no gross old carpet, the flooring was beautiful wood-looking vinyl flooring. There was a new mattress that was very comfortable. The sink and makeup area had a beautiful lighted mirror. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it!!”

“The staff is super friendly from the guard shack to the bar/restaurant staff and front desk clerks. Overall the marina is just a small place to fish no amenities it could be an awesome spot. Our house needed maintenance work done. For a resort of this size the pools are small.”
