We have stayed here 3 times. Service is great. Location amazing. Unfortunately they are unable to keep up with the maintenance and their ability to upkeep with the progressiveness Pachuca is having. They showed me two different rooms and both floors were cracked and chipped. Hallway carpets dirty, mold in bathroom, safe was broken and usable. Will not be booking here again sadly.

My brother in-law and I, had two whiskies and soda at the hotel’s lobby. They charged 55 USD per each one. We asked for an explanation and we were told that we should know better. Now we know.

Multiple issues with the rooms, had to switch twice on a 3 day stay. Very disappointed, facility poorly maintained. Staff wanted to be helpful, but the maintenance issues were not easy fixes. I would not stay there again.
