โEl personal de recepciรณn es incompetente y lento. Las instalaciones de la habitaciรณn eran demasiado viejas. El ascensor es viejo. El brazalete que se lleva en la muรฑeca es afilado y lastima a las personas. La piscina es complicada y el agua se ensucia debido a que los forasteros usan el pase del mismo dรญa.โ
โThe staff is consistent and considerate, We dont speak spanish but we always work it out, Maintenence does a great job pools and landscaping are beautifully cared for.

โBig traveler.. Never in my life have I seen guests and employees form such a high level of community, comfort, teamwork and thoughtfulness as I did during my stay at swell this past weekend.
