Desert Palms Hotel & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"They deserve a great review, it’s a hidden gem for sure. Loved the size of the room, how everything actually worked including the bathroom and shower. Saw maintenance crews there every day making sure everything was working. They cleaned the room really well (there’s a barcode to leave a tip, please do this. I did for the one time we requested them). There were extra towels, a nice view and location. There is a lot of traffic noise but that isn’t a big deal for everything else you get. Parking is tight but we didn’t realize there was underground parking until after. The breakfast was well maintained, it rotated every other day. The potatoes were so good! I wish the country gravy were available the days that had them. The staff kept everything clean during breakfast, but when it says closes at 10 that means get out, not just stop serving. Most importantly I felt safe there with my family. I hope the prices stay like they were for the next time I’ll be looking to this place first."

"This stay, the hotel was decked out with a Halloween theme with a haunted patio, with trick or treating (on a Thursday Night). It also was Oogie Boogie night at California Adventure. Of special note, we saw lots of attendees staying at the hotel, dressed to the max. This hotel is great for these events, and so many guests were having a blast. Our dinner this time was at Hanagi which has sushi plus cooked Japanese cuisine as well. To top it off, we stayed a Castle Turret Suite. What a treat! Anaheim's best kept secret."

"The location was so close to our event and walking distance to dining and evening spots. The room value was good, the bathroom could use an update. Access to the fire pit was a nice evening experience."

"Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Shuttle to the airport is quick and convenient. Food and drinks on the expensive side, but excellent quality. Staff was very courteous and helpful."
