"Hotel Burbank was convenient to different restaurants and shops. The hotel was nice and seemed clean. The bar and cafe were cute and convenient as well. The only complaint I have is that the front desk staff are not friendly. For people who work in customer service, I always felt that I was interrupting them by asking questions or just checking in. The staff everywhere else are very friendly. "

"It was a great experience. Breakfast surprisingly good quality. Rooms are outdated but is understandable since is an old hotel. Cleanness was not an issue. The fact that is just next to the airport is pretty convenient, specially if you are traveling from San Jose to SFO back and forth. "

"Hotel itself was pretty good and close to market and restaurants and bars, however the homeless in the area was crazy. Walking back to the hotel late at night I didn’t really feel all that safe."

"Nice hotel close to wharf for dining. Libby is beautiful!Restaurant has yummy breakfast! Beds seem old not very comfortable! Balcony isn’t really a balcony very tiny can’t fit even a chair on it. Bathrooms old plumbing noisy needs to be updated! Room is nice looking though. Nice we can bring our dog hotel very dog friendly!"
