"Wow, my friend and I had a fantastic time at the Lowe’s Hollywood Hotel. You can’t beat the location as we stepped out onto the street and we were there in the middle of Hollywood with the walk of fame and all there is to offer. Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful and friendly, and went above board with their service. Really a spectacular hotel thank you so much."

"The first room I got was filthy and wasn't safe as the safety latch was pulled away and the door handle was loose. The toilet shrieked for a minute after flushing. The corners of the floors, the grout, the doorjambs and more were filthy and gross. The refrigerator looked as if it was dropped out of a window. In no way was it what I expected from the Hilton family of hotels. It felt like a seedy motel. I did ask for a new room and at least it was cleaner but they wanted me to pay to be in a different section of the hotel called the tower. I have no idea if the tower is more on brand but I already paid enough money so I wasn't paying more. The elevators were in horrible shape and even dirtier. Water stains on ceilings and walls, dirt caked, stainless steel marked up and beat up. In the second room the bed was comfortable and sheets/towels were clean but sheets are scratchy. Shower had an old tub and was very slippery with no grab bars. The bar/lounge/restaurant had horrible wait staff where waiting was what you did. Food was good though. I will give Hilton another chance but not this chain as I had issues in another state but only noise related."

"I stayed close to the pool and hallway felt humid and there was a musty smell. Room was smaller than pictured. Otherwise I would say it’s just ok nothing special.room was clean and staff was polite onsite restaurant was delicious."

"Our room was nicely appointed and quiet. The coffee shop was gone, but the upgraded coffee machine in the lobby was a nice replacement. I hate to complain, but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillow were very lumpy - we had some trouble sleeping. Also, vacuuming the lobby in the morning around people sitting in the chairs and sofas was not very considerate, seems this could be done earlier, when there are no people having coffee and relaxing in the lobby. We were told we could split the bill when I called ahead of our visit, then we were told we could not do so when we arrived - awkward. The rooftop patio was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful and friendly."
