"The photos are fake, if you’re getting a room with 2 beds expect to get an outdated bathroom. It shows you’re getting a glass standup shower for every room you book, but when we got to the hotel, they said they have been meaning to “update” the photo. Why would that even be there in the first place??? When we called the front desk to ask about the washroom situation they offered to either switch us to another room which the only other option was a king room and a pull out couch. I was traveling with my son and my daughter, who wants to sleep on a pull out couch when you’re paying $2000 for a 3 day stay??? The other option was a $75 credit. We switched rooms and they offered to dress the sofa bed as it was late and we just came from the airport however, they took over an hour to come after saying they would be there in 10 minutes, after calling to check up on them twice….
I woke up with horrible neck pain every morning because of the couch. We would’ve never booked this hotel if we knew the room situation was going to be like this and the showers were going to be outdated."
