“The hotel had just suffered an earthquake the hotel was damaged significantly, not their fault but I contacted Expedia prior to my arrival asking if everything was going to be ok as I was unable to get any information from the hotel itself despite several calls and my booking was non refundable. Expedia reached out to me to tell me that the hotel was functioning normally with no reported damages.

“Hotel was under construction. Suite is not recommendable as it seems that 2 single rooms were combined, and hight of room was too shallow. Don't know how's other rooms in tower 1 cuz the Suite i stayed was located old one. In general, service was good anyway.”
“This was our third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, we’ve seen it decline more each time. The staff was very kind and did their best to help, but the facilities are poorly maintained. While the lobby looks decent, the rooms are old and outdated, with damaged curtains and cockroaches. The pool was never clean, and the surrounding areas were unpleasant to use. The hotel desperately needs maintenance and updates, especially regarding the pest issue, which was extremely unpleasant.”
