"Great location and nice staff. Wish their restaurant had been open as it's such a nice space to sit in, and wish the beds were a little softer...really hard mattresses as seems to be the norm in Italy, but overall very nice place to stay."
"There was a problem at check in as our booking did not show properly on their system. The host was very calm and reassuring and quietly got everything sorted out for us. She was fabulous.
The room was small but comfortable and clean. We loved the pool and enjoyed a nice meal in their restaurant.

"We had a great stay at Carnival Palace Hotel. The location was one of the best parts—it’s in a quieter area of Venice, away from the crowds, but still an easy walk or waterbus ride to all the main attractions. It made it easy to explore during the day and come back to a peaceful atmosphere at night. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a more relaxing place to stay while visiting Venice."
