Really nice hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful view from balcony. Lots of food options to choose from. The direct beach access was great as well. Only disadvantage is that the next supermarket is half an hour walk away which is quite unpleasant in the heat.

Huge selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. Quiet hotel occupying so much land in the middle of nowhere, it's a bit of a trek from the top of the complex where you enter to the beach, 3 lifts and 2000 steps lower. But, if you simply want to stay in a quiet good resort, it's exactly that and enjoyable.

Apart from the weather I had a great time staying here and would definitely be back or even recommend to others. The best part of this stay was the Spa for me. The room clean and spacious. Love the few days I stayed there. Nice , big and beautiful hotel. The selection of food was great and I must say the beef I had for dinner was so good.

Hotel is stylish and high standard; overall we enjoyed the stay though will not return due to the hotel being isolated with nothing around. Restaurant good, though food constantly tepid. Room excellent though air conditioning not operational (throughout the hotel). Good facilities, though lack of Aircon made the gym challenging.

A fantastic stay at Royal Palm Resort & Spa. The resort is vast and exceptionally well equipped, with everything you could need available on site. The direct access to the beautiful beach is a real highlight and offers a lovely stroll along the coast towards the lighthouse. We booked the private spa for a three-hour session, which was absolutely amazing and well worth it. The member of staff at reception who looked after us provided outstanding service and made it feel genuinely special. Highly recommended for a relaxing and high-quality adults-only getaway.

Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious room, quiet atmosphere around the pool if you want to relax and enjoy the sea view.Staff was very helpful and friendly. We booked half bored, food was delicious only I have to mention that for breakfast you can get coffee, tea, juice, water even glass of champagne but for dinner you have to pay for the drinks (wine, beer, champagne) which was fine but glass of water should be free

My daughter and I stayed 5 nights. Lovely hotel, just a little soulless- that said, it's spacious and clean. Pool areas were spotless, room cleaned every day, breakfast was full of choice (huge self service buffet), we didn't eat at hotel. Our room and terrace were on ground level and overlooked garden then sea. So peaceful and no one walking past etc. We had hired a car to go out and about but also walked to the Mercadona half hour away, little mini bar fridge in room was used for our drinks and snacks. Our first time on the island, a lovely place to stay.

This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. We got taxi’s too and from jandia centre several times. The hotel staff were really pleasant and accommodating. I found the room cold at night and they brought 3 additional duvets. They were always helpful and kind. The staff in the dining room and on the pool bar were lovely, I just found the hotel a little too big. The room was always cleaned well and we had a really pleasant stay.

It’s a massive hotel that is well kept, we opted for bed and breakfast so as to explore other options at dinner etc but the breakfast was great with a mix of continental and cooked breakfasts. The pools are clean and it’s within walking distance to the beach and there’s a number of pools within the hotel … it was just a wonderful stay. Relaxed , and it’s within walking distance to a supermarket and about $12 in a taxi to town centre for some other restaurants and a bit of shopping.

We liked the size of the hotel and room, the overall cleanliness, the pools were nice and clean too, beach access was handy, courtesy room facility, friendly and polyglot staff. We'd have preferred more fresh fruit and fresh homemade juices for breakfast. The partial sea view was nice apart from the derelict area adjacent the property that our room was facing.
