โThe staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people.
The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that.
The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments.

โBed was very firm which I like and linens were very good quality. Hotel is an Art hotel and excellent design. Highly recommend this hotel in Puebla, central location one block from el zocalo. Breakfast which was included was delicious with a good selection of breakfast items and fresh squeezed juice. โ
โNew facility, friendly staff, good location. Very noisy from outside street. Very loud room next door, could listen to conversations from guests on the next room, paper this walls, did not supply enough complimentary drinking water.โ
โThe hotel building is very beautiful as it is decorated with Talavera in a colonial style. It has elevator which was very helpful because with people on wheelchair. The people was very helpful and provided us all the attention to have a great stay in Puebla. Totally recommended! โ

โWhen we are in Puebla, Casona de la China Poblana is our home away from home. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The upper courtyard area is fantastic. Quiet, relaxing, and with great views of nearby colonial buildings. The restaurant is also top notch, with classic Mexican breakfasts their speciality. With only about 7 rooms, this is perfect for an extended family. โ
โHotel Posada XVII defines charm. The hotel is one of the most unique experiences I've had for lodging and I will definitely opt for Posada if I'm back in Puebla. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and respond to needs. The hotel room was quirky and unique and we loved the ambiance of the entire hotel. The historic building is 3 floors and we stayed at the top so be prepared for stairs, but there are beautiful terraces to sit on and relax while taking a break...
