"Cannot recommend this place enough. Perfect location for exploring Rome (right by Piazza Navona and so many beautiful sights). Lovely area and really central. But room wasn’t noisy at all. Beautifully clean and all the facilities you need. Comfortable bed and great pillow too. AC in the room was very quiet and efficient. It’s on the second floor but there is a lift you take to get up or go via stairs. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely stay in this place again."

"Staff was great. Room was clean with a balcony I could sit own and have wine while watching the crowd. Although the noise from the street lasted into the night, the modern window made the room almost sound proof when closed. There was a short flight of stairs from floor 0 to get to the elevator, but there was a porter to help with the suit cases. No hotel shuttle to the airport or the train station. It only takes a minute to get a cab."

"Hotel Navona is a cozy little hotel in the heart of the old city. For a tourist, it's an ideal place to stay so that you're within an easy walk of most of the major points of interest. It was less than a minute to walk to the Pantheon, and very close to a lot of great dining options as well. This hotel was really nice. When you enter through the large wooden doors, it feels like you're being let into your own castle. There is a small elevator to help with luggage so you don't have to batle the stairs. Our room was a nice balance of rustic Rome combined with technology. The beds were fairly comfortable and the in-room air conditioning made sleeping quite pleasant. The family really enjoyed being able to open the window and listen to the city in the mornings! The bathroom in this hotel was actually quite large compared to other places we stayed, and there were fresh towels delivered daily to our room. The staff at this hotel were wonderful. They were kind and courteous; they helped with luggage when checking in, and always smiled and spoke when we walked through. They also arranged a van to take us to the airport (for a fee) when we checked out. All I had to do was tell them what time I wanted to be picked up. As someone who wanted a less tourist-y experience in Rome, this was a great place to spend a few nights."

"For a short trip to Rome we loved the location of the hotel. There is lots of shopping and sightseeing minutes away, so the area is very busy yet at night it was quiet. Our room was relatively small, but it was clean and we had everything we needed, including a nespresso machine. The cleaning lady was so nice: every time we’d leave in the morning she would check with us if she could go in and clean the room. We did not sign up for breakfasts, so cannot attest to their quality. Overall, quite happy with the place!"

"This is a great hotel in a very interesting and convenient location. We stayed for 6 days in a classic double room, and wish we were still there. Our room was excellent, very quiet and very comfortable. We loved the art sprinkled around the hotel. The hotel public spaces, both inside and outside, are very nice places to sit and read, or to watch the goings on at the next door Italian Parliament building, which are often interesting! I can’t imagine how this hotel could be better located. Breakfast was extensive and delicious every day, with lots of seating even at the busiest times and very helpful staff. Cleaning was very efficient and well done. Finally, I can’t say enough for the reception staff, who were always helpful, friendly, and caring. While there are many examples, we’re especially thankful for the help we were given in arranging a taxi to the airport at a time when getting one was difficult, making sure it arrived, and making sure we were safely on our way. It was honestly well beyond anything we’ve experienced before, and we’re very grateful. Thank you so much!"
