"The hotel is wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great…jut a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and the cathedral. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the terrace is stunning."

"The accommodations were different. It consisted of an apartment in which you could find four rooms and a small area for coffee and some munchies. Our room was clean but noisy. Siena is a Medieval city which means through the ages they have constructed on top of other dwellings. In entering the building there is a wide stairs with 30 steps quite difficult to manage with a heavy suitcase. The staff does provide help when you let them know your time of arrival and of checkout day. Then, as in many places in Europe, the elevator needs to be small in order to make it feasible for three guest to go up slowly. Once you enter the apartment and go into your room, all is fine. We visited in late September and the knew when to provide you with the air conditioning according to the temperature."

"Staff was exceedingly helpful and accommodating. Self check in and Check Out were easy. Staff communicated well, but if you prefer to be left alone, you don't have to interact with anyone at all. Very good for an awkward, anxious North American traveller. Main property, rooms, and hallway were well maintained. I really liked the decor and space provided. However, patio was overgrown, dirty, and unusable except if you need to smoke. Bedding and bathroom were clean; but bed had a corner that sunk and one of the towels had an odd rust stain on it perhaps from the towel rail? I would stay there again if they'd have me. Great value for a last minute nip into Siena for a week."
