The service was phenomenal, the food was first rate, the room was incredibly clean. My wife got ill and they immediately contacted a physician at our request who arrived shortly to attend to her. I would stay there over and over again and refer to my friends.

It was a beautiful small hotel with little cabañas. Ours was the on the top floor of a little four plex unit with two suites on the bottom and two on the top. The pools were gorgeous right in the ocean and perfectly clean. The food I. The restaurant was mediocre and high priced but the hotel and the service were outstanding.

Hotel met een ‘jungle gevoel’ waar helaas de ziel uit is. Achterstallig onderhoud van het terrein en standaard ontbijt is erg karig. Koffie of thee, toast en jam. Voor iets extra’s moet je bijbetalen. Het hotel is beduidend duurder als de overige hotels in de omgeving maar de meerprijs niet waard. Prijs/kwaliteit is niet in verhouding.

Hôtel plein de charme et bonne table

Merveilleux séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel au milieu de la jungle. Les suites sont belles et spacieuses. La piscine a un charme fou. Le restaurant est magnifique et les plats sont excellents accompagnés d'une cave intéressante ! Le personnel est très attentionné. Un séjour de calme et de dégustation. Superbe !

Das Hotel wurde von uns in 2/2020 als erstklassig eingestuft, deshalb haben wir es in 2/2024 wieder gebucht. Leider dreht sich die Welt weiter. Der ital./dt. Hotelbesitzer wurde in 7/2022 von seiner Frau ermordet, seitdem ist das Hotel in Fremdverwaltung und es geht stetig bergab. Der Service läßt zu wünschen übrig. Die Speisekarte (mit stattlichen Preisen) verspricht leckeres, aber der Koch scheint gekündigt zu haben. Alles, was kaputt geht, wird, wenn es denn überhaupt als defekt wahrgenommen wird, nur schlampig und billig ersetzt. Das Hotel ist architektonisch eine Augenweide, die Gartenanlage mit Pool und Teich sind schon toll, aber: viel zu teuer für das, was mittlerweile geboten wird. Viele Sterne im Hotelgewerbe bedeuten top Ausstattung, top Zustand, top Service. Hier: Fehlanzeige ! Mehr als 170 € (mit Frühstück) sollten Sie nicht zahlen (verhandeln notwendig !!!), ansonsten suchen sie sich etwas anderes in Palenque.

L hôtel idéal!

Excellent séjour. Chambres magnifiques. Hôtel intimiste de seulement 8 chambres. Le restaurant est très bon et la cuisine fraîche. Le petit déjeuner continental nous a été gracieusement offert.
