My room was very clean and the person who met with me to show me to my room was very nice and helpful. The building is in more of a quite location, which was nice, but there were still plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Our flight was delayed I was I formed that I missed check in hours and would be charged an additional fee for an evening check in. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels, the shower drain overflowed and nobody ever around to call. There are no lights in the hallways or stairwell. We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken up by glass dumping into the dumpster, Bed was comfortable and location is great. Would not recommend if you are staying by yourself as the dark hallways and stairwell is a bit frightening.

Buona posizione per visitare Palermo. Non lontano dal centro storico e in una zona non molto caotica. Vicina alle fermate degli autobus. Infissi vecchi, quindi se c'è rumore o le temperature si abbassano, rendono la stanza poco confortevole.
