"Our weekend stay at the Baxter Manor was wonderful! We wanted somewhere quiet and off the beaten path. Check. We wanted something unique. Check. And we wanted to create a memorable weekend in a new place! Check. We enjoyed the spring city history and cemetery tour, dinner at Das Cafe, and seeing all of the pioneer era sites. Throw in a visit to the new temple in Ephraim and a drive on the Nebo Loop and it was a perfect weekend!"
