"The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, it was close to town. It was easy to bike to town and to access the winery bike trail. The only downside was the noisy air conditioning unit. Not sure if it was only the one in our room or all of them."

Our stay was in early November. The town was quiet and peaceful. We had a nice lunch at Cafe 11.0 Several wineries are open year round and we enjoyed visiting them.

Palisade is a small town — cute & quaint, but don’t expect anything too fancy! The surrounding area was pretty barren & desert-like — not exactly what I was expecting. Enjoyed visiting the small alpaca farm & the Sunday farmer’s market.
