Palm Beach at Moody Gardens Tours

Greatest experience, hotel was attentive to everything I needed, booked another night just because it was the best time!

I took a star away simply because for a luxury hotel that charges destination fees per stay I shouldnt have to ask for a microwave or mini refrigerator. It was easy to get the mini refrigerator due to a young staff helping me at the desk. The microwave on the other hand the next day was hard to get due to the front desk older staff not even attempting to help me find one and telling me the hotel had absolutely no microwaves. It took someone not working the front desk to find someone to bring me a microwave to my room. May not be important to others, but for me it is when I book at a hotel. Besides that everything else was great. The breakfast, the bar and grill, the hotel room, the shower, the partnership Laura hotel has with Lifetime Fitness gym, the beautiful design of the building and how its connected to other business/restaurants is definitely a good enough reason to book it.

The room was clean, the staff were very nice and accommodating. I do wish that room had a microwave available to warm leftovers from the restaurant on site.
