여행: 항공+숙소

Friendly staff.

Nice enough place, but the location didn't really support the pricing of this location, plus the bums asking for money etc. Outside the establishments main doors. With that comes with the three guys heckling our beautiful wives, just because we were not with them. Then the walls are thin enough you can hear the lady next door getting railed by her man. Real Classy! Thanks for nothing.

The hotel was walking distance to the Tampa Riverwalk which I really love. There was a full service bar and restaurant on site. I did not use the pool but I did look at it and it was beautiful, very clean and maintained well. My room overlooked the water and the view was stunning. This is my third time staying at this hotel. They have a shuttle that will take you to the cruise port for free and it also will drive you anywhere in the immediate area within a 2-mile radius I believe.

Awesome spot! Staff was amazing. Cozy bed. Gym was underwhelming but other than that, great spot.

Check in was below average. Did not feel welcomed at all. No eye contact. No greetings. I did not even want to check the lady's name. If someone like that stays in this hotel, your NPS will never make it. However, breakfast was ok. The only thing great was the guy who was cleaning up the tables for the breakfast hours. Hardworking and doing his job the best way possible. I wouldn't want to come back.
