Everything was amazing except for our room was located directly above the gym that is open 24 seven and we heard pounding all throughout the night all throughout the day from the weights and the resort was full capacity so we weren’t able to switch rooms so we did not get much sleep the five days ...

This is a terrible hotel. It is not on the beach. You have to use a QR code and get beach chairs from a neighboring hotel and carry it to the beach yourself: there are no hotel beach chairs. Rooms are much smaller than noted. They are not near 300 sq ft but more like 150. Closer to a 3 star then ...
