The room was lovely, but the resort is huge and a bit too group orientated. Food was nice but overpriced, compared to other eateries. happy hour at beach bar was reasonable value tho. Beach is nice, but no snorkelling reef and sand entry to see is a bit boggy with a lot of sea grass. Not really a paradise beach. Rained a lot too. Alona is mad, but well worth the 200 peso Tuk Tuk Go exploring, hire a car from Island life, great value and they will bring to hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, clean, big, especially the shower. The breakfast team at Uma was excellent! Special callout to Eric and JM for their attentive service and friendliness, and Michi and Kim too! They knew what we needed or wanted even before we’d ask. Able was so nice to help resolve an issue we had. The front lobby staff were also very helpful, members were Bryan, RJ, Ryan, and Mike.

This hotel is a great place. It has been totally remodeled, and they have done a fantastic job. The rooms are very comfortable, with a huge shower, a great balcony with an ocean view. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The beach and pool are incredible (but bring water shoes as there are a lot of coral and sea urchins), and never felt crowded (even when the hotel was well occupied). No need to rush at 7 am to get your lounge chair, as in many places. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lof of different choices (the only complaint could be the time to get a cappuccino, and the lack of fresh mangos) The restaurants are good but a little limited. In summary, a real great place for a quiet vacation

I would highly recommend staying here! I think it’s one of the best resorts I have stayed at. The ambience of the cultural heritage incorporated here very beautifully and also the staff here are very courteous. The small, thoughtful gestures by all the staff here are remarkable and memorable. I will definitely come back and hope to have the same experience.

Tutto perfetto. Peccato per il mare di fronte al resort che è inpraticabile. Basta comunque fare 10 minuti a piedi sulla spiaggia per trovare un bellissimo mare cristallino

Schönes Resort tolle Anlage . Strand zum schwimmen nicht geeignet! Aber alle sehr nett … Unsere Koffer sind nicht angekommen-und anstatt sie bei Ankunft in unser Zimmer zu stellen -mussten wir erst bei der Rezeption nachfragen. Das kennen wir anderes! Es sollten auch Wohnbereiche für Single & Paare geben ! Wir hatten zuerst das Aggregat neben uns - und danach eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - die den ganzen Tag sehr laut im Pool waren … da es regnete haben auch wir viel Zeit am Zimmer/Terrasse verbracht . Pool Bar nett aber man bestellt und es kommt mal mehr mal weniger oder auch gar nichts . Chips gibt’s nur bei Nachfrage. Frühstückts Kaffee braucht seine Zeit - da ist man fast schon wieder fertig …. Wir mussten früh zum Flughafen. Rechnung war zwar fertig aber ohne Aufstellung. Und auch den Bon für die hinterlegte Caution haben wir nicht bekommen! Taxi Transfer zum Flughafen wurde bestellt aber ohne Preis Info an uns Die knappen 10 min für 1350 Philippinische Peso - Unglaublich vorallem wollte der Taxifahrer uns zum Hafen bringen und nicht zum Airport. Wir finden der Transport bei An und Abreise sollte bei diesen zimmerpreisen inklusive sein ! Volle Abzocke Das Frühstück haben wir vorbestellt um es noch im Hotel zu genießen auch daraus wurde nichts - es gab eine Take away Box die außer Kaffee und Croissant nichts für uns hatte . So schade das diese tolle Hotel keinen top Service bietet! die Concierge war großartig ! Top

房間很具有設計感且乾淨整齊，服務人員也都有很優異的服務，且有熱情，整體住宿的感受很不錯，唯獨訂房時並不清楚細節，房間陽台是沒有直接面海，但有協助入住到有泳池半花園離海灘較近的地方，也是很容易去享受泳池與海灘🏖️
