Not only is this old-school motel clean and warm and well maintained, but they also have an EV charger on premise which is a huge bonus as an EV driver. I would 100% stay here again if I return to the Bryce Canyon area. Wonderful staff, clean room, lovely stay!

I can see why there are so many good reviews. The woman who checked us in was cheerful and very helpful. We loved staying here. There’s a grocery store nearby, which is good because nearly all shops and restaurants were closed for the season (some restaurants opened at night).

We loved the “mom and pop” style atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a quiet comfortable bed. Nice and quiet here with a lovely downtown.

The motel was good and met expectations relative to the price point. Easy parking and the Cowboy Smokehouse Cafe is just across the side street. I would stay here again if there is not some special event with high room prices.

Cute, little neat place. The front desk lady was the sweetest and most helpful lady. This place is exactly what we thought we were getting. The rooms were very clean and a comfortable bed! Thank you for your hospitality! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and charming hotel. The owner was very nice and helpful. This is a bit of a dated place but it is spotless and clean and friendly. If you temper your expectations with the very reasonable rate, you'll be a happy guest. Based on what I saw from the other options in town, this would be the place to stay.

Pros: The room was immaculately cleaned and remodeled tastefully for a motel. Large, clean bathroom with a good shower/tub. Cons: Bed sheets could use replacing. The fridge made a strange noise every 45 minute. Not so bad unless you’re sleeping next to it.

From Check-in to check out we had a wonderful experience. The owners were very friendly, the room was extremely clean, and the room had everything we needed including a coffee maker and a refrigerator. I would highly recommend staying at this refurbished old motor in. Great value.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was clean. It was within walking distance to restaurants and other shopping. It would have been nice to have drip coffee and filters rather than the small coffee pillows which had no taste. But otherwise it was a comfortable stay and nice town.
