"The hotel is nice. The breakfast has some nice extras like chia pudding with oat milk and pickled onions for your eggs. We arrived around 7:30p and had to wait 15 minutes to have someone show up to the front desk to check us in. I was informed that there is only one staff person on the evening shift and she was doing laundry. Management needs to address this. Another guest was waiting also.
