"Halls carpets were worn and looked dirty. The swimming pool are needs rework. The jacuzzi was not working and it looks like it has been used in years. The room was clean. The tv remote control were missing some buttons. The room was too bright from the outside lights, it needs dark curtains. We heve stayed in others La Quinta, but this one seeems to be falling apart. The service was very good and the receptionists. I’m just wondering what is the long term plan for this La Quinta in Plattsburg, NY? We like la Quinta Hotels."

"Beautiful and very clean hotel! Hotel smells amazing and staff were super helpful. Only complaints is that the bed was a bit hard for our liking and the tv is slow. Other than that, we loved how modern and how beautiful it was decorated. Definitely recommend compared to other hotels in the area that we originally booked but couldn’t stay due to major cleanliness issues. Very happy that we booked the Fairfield!"
