โI'm so glad I chose the Expo Hotel Milan. Most important to mention is how great the staff is. They are all exceptionally kind and try to do everything they can to help you. โNice property and friendly staff, only problem was the stairs in some our room was awkward and rather steep so difficult to get up and down!
Our balcony door wasnโt great at shutting and needed a bit of strength to get it shut again so we didnโt bother using. The tram is across the road which takes you straight to Duomo/city centre which was handy, we arrived earlier than check in time but staff were helpful in letting us keep our luggage safe for us until we checked in, itโs also handy to note...
"The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable.
There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom
Two things that could be improved:
1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead.
2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
