Paradise, Las Vegas hotel rooms at the Diamond Resorts

"Finding transportation is never a problem in Las Vegas. The problem for me is cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated and barely cleaned. "

"I'll just say all of this. Almost every staff member that we came into contact with was rude and dismissive. We won't stay here again for sure. On the day we left, someone's puke was on the floor in front of the benches where you wait for a rideshare, for more than 1 hour and 45 minutes. They couldn't be bothered to clean it up, someone put a "wet floor" sign over it and walked away. This wouldn't be an issue really except for the fact that it's the only seating area (with room for about 6 to 8 people) that's not in the blistering sun. The only other seating is about 100 yd away, up of steep ramp, at the slot machines...unless you want to sit in a burger place that might be about 20 yards closer. Speaking of food, all of their restaurants are priced like they think they are one of the highest end resorts on the strip. Our bill for 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, a shake and a coke was $65.00. I saw the pricing for Dairy Queen, a 6-in chili cheese dog was $27. You got the idea. The room that we got was musty and dated, all of the furniture looked like it was from a 1980s thrift store office sale. No refrigerator, no microwave. The bed was okay. The hallway smelled like a skunk, if you know what I mean. I didn't give one star because of the price of their rooms, they're cheap. Everything else was horrible."

"Not enough pool side seating. One day we are told we can move the loungers where want, the next day they say we cannot move the loungers. Additional charges are outrageous. We paid an additional $600. We will NEVER go back there"

"When we arrived we were stunned by how beautiful the hotel was. There was a long line to check in but we used a kiosk to sign in and saved so much time. I also opted to get a text to have access to a concierge which worked wonderfully! Anything I asked for was delivered almost immediately. SO much to do in the resort itself, right next to a CVS for any needs as costs in resort are pricy, Opted for Eiffel tower view and so glad we did as view was priceless! Could watch the fountains go off across the street. Such a well maintained property. Can walk through to Horseshoe casino. Staff was great. Elevators are fast. Comfortable beds. Only downside was very small shower with extreme water pressure. 10/10"

"Sehr Unfreundliches Personal beim Check in . Check in erst ab 15:30 Uhr . Wir waren um 14:55 Uhr da , was uns dann nochmal 25$ extra gekostet hat . Zwei Betten reserviert , nur eins bekommen - der Wechsel kostete dann nochmal 15-$ Extra pro Nacht . "

"needs upgrade. no small fridge, air conditioner only went down to 68. They did come help put it down to 65. The walls wre thin. Heard everyone coming in late and dounded like they were talking in the hallway. "
