Excellent room and staff. One issue. Upon checkin I left my passport in the kiosk. I didnt notice for two days, called security and it had been turned in. Just wondered why they hadnt matched my name to the reservation and contacted me?

Upon checking in, Treasure Island put a $350 authorization on my card. This was close to all the money I saved for this trip. I had absolutely no money to shop nor do anything fun due to them processing this authorization.It was horrible
