"Room very dark but clean and fresh. No staff, but helpful lady on the phone who helped us gain access to the hotel and room 30 minutes early. Slept very well, love bed and covers. Shower seemed to run out of hot water at shower time in the morning and the heating system isn't the easiest to comprehend. Hotel is in a great position to explore the wonderful city of Tours."

This picture is an oldie (1997) but was one of the things that made me fall in love with International travel when I was 16 years old. Tours was a great city to spend time in I loved how this Cathedral stood tall over the city. They broke ground for this Cathedral in 1170 and it was completed in 1547.
