"The room was fantastic! Very clean and a suite. Continental breakfast was good, handy, the coffee was great. Valet parking was excellent. They parked our car and we spent our time walking around the city without worry. 10/10 would absolutely go back!"

"It was a great room, with friendly service and breakfast included is a bonus. My only complaint is that when I checked in to my room, the bedroom mirror & the bathroom mirror were not clean. There was toothpaste spatter, water spatter etc. from the guests that had the room before I did. I stayed from Wednesday to Sunday & housekeeping did not clean the mirrors the entire time I was there. I took water & toilet paper to clean the one in the bathroom myself. Other than not cleaning the mirrors, as the one in the bedroom was covered in dust as well, everything else was great. Good location for the Convention Centre and Chinatown."

"It's a lovely hotel. We've stayed there many times. On this visit, we enjoyed the bar and communal areas. The room was peaceful, clean and spacious.We attended a concert nearby and walked to our venue, very convenient and safe location."

"With some TLC and elbow grease, this could be a gem. However as it is, it gets very poor results for a reason. The property is older, and has not been upkept. That is part of the problem. Cracks in the wall, and peeling paint, being the most obvious defects. And the most easily fixed. I'm not saying that a fresh coat of paint will turn things around, but it is a definite step in the right direction. The staff were super nice, and very accomodating. Luckily I am also patient. The first room given was not the one we ordered (we ordered the jacuzzi). The next 2 rooms given to us had no heat. The final one also had no internal heater, but a working portable was in the room. It being late, and with limited options we settled in. The bed was extremely comfortable, and clean. Definitely no complaint there. If not for that, i would have left first thing in the morning. We decided to say the entire 4 days. The jacuzzi was somewhat a disappointment since the air inputs were blocked closed so very little pressure. In it's current state, i cannot recommend this motel except for emergency 1 night stays, or if you cannot afford anything more expensive. It's sad to see such potential wasted. If the current owner puts some money into this 100 room motel, it could be a gold mine. Until then, it is barely a coal mine."
